There can be any number of reasons why you may want to engage someone to undertake a piece of work for you: you may want an external perspective; you may not have the resources to do the work yourself; you may want someone to support a colleague leaving your organisation. Whatever the reason my approach is straight forward: we'll agree outcomes up front with agreed reporting lines, costs and timescales; that said, I shall flex as your needs do. My role is to support you to deliver, not to build up my own part.

Will you keep our conversations confidential? Yes, I adhere to the Global Code of Practice jointly published by the AC (Association for Coaching) and the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) which includes key sections on confidentiality. For coaching to be successful there has to be trust that discussions will be kept confidential.
And how will you look after my data? I have a policy on privacy which I can send to you if you would like to see it.
Will coaching be in person? I can do whichever suits you. Before the pandemic the majority of sessions were in person, now the majority are online.
