About me

I have over 30 years' experience in general management and HR across retail, services and Higher Education sectors. As an HRD I have experience in recruitment, talent management, reward, colleague engagement, and organisation and leadership development.

Having sat on the boards of diverse organisations across retail, services, charity and education sectors, I enjoy using the experience gained to help others and their organisations thrive. I believe strongly that organisations flourish when attention is paid to emotional intelligence, engagement of colleagues, and building relationships.
